Uplevel X is an AI-powered leadership-development app for executives and managers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account info: your name and email address (required to create and manage your account).
- Profile photo: if you choose to upload one.
- Voice recordings: when you use the Speaking practice feature, your audio is recorded and sent for transcription and speech analysis.
- Your content: reflections, assessment answers, AI-coach messages, and other in-app input.
- Subscription & purchase history: when you subscribe to Pro.
- Usage & diagnostics: in-app activity, crash logs, and device/push identifiers.
We do not store your payment-card numbers; card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Tap Payments).
How we use your information
- To provide AI coaching, assessments, speaking analysis, and personalization.
- To manage your account and subscription.
- To send notifications you’ve enabled and transactional emails.
- To improve reliability and diagnose problems.
Third parties we share data with (processors)
- OpenAI — processes your text and audio to generate coaching, reflections, and speech analysis.
- Tap Payments — processes subscription payments.
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, hosting, crash reporting, and push notifications.
- Resend — sends transactional emails (e.g., recognition emails you trigger).
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from within the app, which removes or anonymizes your personal data. To request deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the email below.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Children
Uplevel X is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.

تطبيق Uplevel X منصّة لتطوير القيادة مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي للمدراء والتنفيذيين. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وأسبابها وخياراتك. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني (مطلوبة لإنشاء حسابك وإدارته).
- صورة الملف الشخصي: في حال اخترت رفعها.
- التسجيلات الصوتية: عند استخدام ميزة التحدّث، يُسجَّل صوتك ويُرسَل لتحويله نصاً وتحليل الأداء.
- المحتوى الخاص بك: التأملات، إجابات التقييمات، رسائل الكوتش الذكي، وغيرها من المُدخلات.
- الاشتراك وسجلّ المشتريات: عند الاشتراك في النسخة الاحترافية.
- الاستخدام والتشخيص: نشاط التطبيق، سجلات الأعطال، ومعرّفات الجهاز/الإشعارات.
لا نخزّن أرقام بطاقات الدفع؛ تُدخَل بيانات البطاقة مباشرةً لدى معالج الدفع (Tap Payments).
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- لتقديم الكوتش الذكي والتقييمات وتحليل التحدّث والتخصيص.
- لإدارة حسابك واشتراكك.
- لإرسال الإشعارات التي فعّلتها والرسائل البريدية الخدمية.
- لتحسين الموثوقية وتشخيص المشكلات.
الجهات الخارجية التي نشارك معها البيانات (معالِجون)
- OpenAI — لمعالجة نصوصك وصوتك لإنشاء التوجيه والتأملات وتحليل التحدّث.
- Tap Payments — لمعالجة مدفوعات الاشتراك.
- Google Firebase — للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والاستضافة وتقارير الأعطال والإشعارات.
- Resend — لإرسال الرسائل البريدية الخدمية.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها مع أطراف خارجية لأغراضهم الإعلانية.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً. يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق، ما يؤدي إلى حذف بياناتك الشخصية أو إخفاء هويتها. لطلب الحذف أو نسخة من بياناتك، تواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه.
الأمان
تُشفَّر البيانات أثناء النقل (HTTPS)، ونطبّق ضمانات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة.
الأطفال
التطبيق مخصّص للبالغين (18+) وغير موجَّه للأطفال.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وتنعكس التغييرات الجوهرية في تاريخ السريان أعلاه.
